We found your services to be excellent — you were very responsive and informative! We also liked the Saint Paul hotel as well — it is modern and well-appointed.
The only suggestion that I have (and we shared these w/the Juma people as well) is that the drivers (car and boat) should identify themselves as working with Juma Lodge, either by saying “Hello, I’m here to take you to Juma Lodge” and/or by wearing a Juma t-shirt/carrying a Juma sign…
