CITY TOURS.
Manaus is a nice place to spend a day, especially before/after the jungle tours.
MEETING OF THE WATERS.
Our trip to the Meeting of the Waters was perfectly organized. Transportation, boat, program and lunch were all OK.
ARIAÚ TOWERS.
Ariaú Towers is a great location, although it might need some maintenance. Several shops were closed, which gave the property a bit downgraded look.. We were first given a small room, next to the scaffolding with generator at the back side of our tower. After we requested for another room, we got a much larger room with nice view. Rooms are very noisy, but that’s similar to the way it was constructed. Our (second) room was very nice, had a nice veranda. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The program was OK, the walkways through the property and along the Rio Negro were wonderful. Facultative excursions are far overpriced, drinks were also much more expensive than in Manaus. But still, I would recommend this place to others.
AMAZONAS BY VIVERDE.
We had a tight schedule in Brazil, so it was important for us to arrange excursions and jungle tour in advance. My emails regarding these items, previous to the reservation, were answered quickly and correctly. In fact, this was the main reason why we had the confidence to book our excursion and jungle tour at Viverde. We are very satisfied about the services by Viverde (including the transportation from the airport to our hotel) and will surely recommend your services to other travellers.

A viagem foi espetacular desde a hospedagem no Iberostar Grand Amazon. Muito bonita a viagem não só no rio Negro como também no Solimões. Só acho que o Iberostar deva ser mais divulgado entre os brasileiros pois o navio só tinha estrangeiros, embora para nós não fosse problemas para nós em termos de inglês e espanhol.
Quanto ao atendimento tanto de vocês quanto da Iberostar Grand Amazon foi espetacular, não tendo havido nenhum furo. Fiquem tranquilos que farei propaganda não só da Amazonas by Viverde como também do Iberostar e por que não da cidade de Manaus.

Our trip was really amazing. We really lucked out being the only four people at Aldeia dos Lagos while we were there. The service was great and our two guides were excellent. The only complaint we had was that the guides did not speak english as we had expected. I feel that we missed out on a lot of information about the area around us. We did the best we could through a few words and hand motions and still had a great five. Besides that small set back I would like to say that everything else was exceptional. Thanks.

Hello Luciana, I think Juma Lodge is a nice place, people, guide, were very sympatic…so only good things……My daughter and I were ill, stomach problem…maybe the difference between france and there…
I ve been in Pantanal a few years ago…in the dry season….you see much more animal there…..but landscape is nicer in amazonia….

Dear Luciana,
I feel the toilet facilities of Ariaú Towers can be improved (honestly it stinks!). The service of Taj Mahal hotel is good although the facilities are basic. Honestly, I am impressed with your service - fast and reliable. I will recommend you to others for sure!
