Our trip was really amazing. We really lucked out being the only four people at Aldeia dos Lagos while we were there. The service was great and our two guides were excellent. The only complaint we had was that the guides did not speak english as we had expected. I feel that we missed out on a lot of information about the area around us. We did the best we could through a few words and hand motions and still had a great five. Besides that small set back I would like to say that everything else was exceptional. Thanks.

Hello Luciana, I think Juma Lodge is a nice place, people, guide, were very sympatic…so only good things……My daughter and I were ill, stomach problem…maybe the difference between france and there…
I ve been in Pantanal a few years ago…in the dry season….you see much more animal there…..but landscape is nicer in amazonia….

Dear Luciana,
I feel the toilet facilities of Ariaú Towers can be improved (honestly it stinks!). The service of Taj Mahal hotel is good although the facilities are basic. Honestly, I am impressed with your service - fast and reliable. I will recommend you to others for sure!

O hotel é melhor do que esperávamos. A piscina do Tropical Business é sem dúvida a mais bonita e interessante que já vi. Manaus é uma cidade com muitas opções turísticas e que merece ser mais divulgada entre os turistas brasileiros.

Hi Luciana - thanks for your message. I just returned to Chicago after spending some time in Rio.
Manaus (and Ariaú Towers) were great. I had a wonderful time, and would like to thank Luciana at Amazonas by Viverde so much for her prompt service and for tolerating me as I changed so many things about the reservation again and again, and had so many questions. And also, to thank her for following up with me to make sure I had not been trapped by the problems with Varig. I appreciated that very much as it showed a great attention to detail and much personal commitment to follow-up with me before, during and after my trip to make sure everything was okay.
