Bom dia Ricardo,
Acabei de retornar, consegui todos os vôos conforme previsto, haja visto que nem todos estão conseguindo isso devido ao problema da VARIG. Ontem mesmo houve overbook em nosso vôo de retorno Manaus/São Paulo, pois o vôo seria com um MD11, mas a aeronave utilizada foi um 737-300, quem fez chek-in cedo veio, os outros ficaram.
Quanto ao passeio, adorei! Foi super legal conhecer o encontro dos rios, bem como, o passeio de barco na selva.
No sábado fiz um city-tur de taxi, conheci diversos lugares, inclusive o zoológico do exército. Depois terminei o dia no shopping Amazonas.
Quanto ao hotel Taj Mahal; as instalações são ótimas, o atendimento é bom, porém, o preço é alto, comparado com os hotéis daqui do sul.
Devo enviar elogios ao que se refere ao atendimento e atenção que recebi dos senhores, particularmente o Sr. Ricardo que foi a pessoa que me orientou durante o planejamento da viajem. A ele, bem como a equipe Viverde Turismo, desejo muito sucesso na vida pessoal bem como no trabalho. Lembrando que esse é um trabalho que proporciona momentos inesquesíveis a muitas pessoas. PARBÉNS!

Hello,
I found the Iberostar Grand Amazon cruise to be very good. The service on the ship was excellent, the food was good, and our rooms very nice. My (Brazilian) friends enjoyed the excursions, but I did not like the speed boats they used to move us to the excursion points. They were driven too fast for my taste, given the river conditions and number of people on the boats (many), and there was too much wind for too long a time. So, I only took the first excursion and decided that was enough for me! My friends, however, were less bothered and enjoyed most of the other excursions.
The transfers from the airport and to our hotel were fine.

Hola, Ricardo. Antes que nada nuestros saludos y agradecimiento por todo lo que nos ayudó en los preparativos de nuestro viaje. Realmente fueron muy importantes sus sugerencias para las decisiones que fuímos tomando. El hotel Taj Mahal nos gustó mucho. Lamentablemente no pudimos apreciar lo suficiente de la ciudad de Manaos debido a los problemas que tuvimos con nuestros pasajes, gran parte del tiempo en esa ciudad lo pasamos en la oficina de Varig. Pero en realidad eso deja abierta la puerta para un retorno. ¿Qué pasó con el transfer que tenía que llevarnos al aeropuerto? Esperamos 15 minutos más de la hora convenida en el lobby del hotel, pero finalmente tuvimos que utilizar dos taxis.

Dear Luciana,
Hi. I’m sorry it has taken a while to get back to you, but we didn’t return home until June 28th. We spent a total of three weeks in Brazil. We visited São Paulo, Manaus, Aldeia dos Lagos, Cuiabá and the Pantanal, Foz de Iguaçu, and then back to São Paulo. Our trip was absolutely wonderful. We think that Brazilians are warm, friendly, helpful people. The food was so good that we ate far too much. We flew Tam Airlines between cities. Tam was fast and efficient. We are very happy that we did not choose Varig airpass given the cancellations others experienced.
We enjoyed Manaus a lot. We visited the Opera House in the afternoon. While there our guide told us to return in the evening for a free concert by the symphony orchestra, which we did. It was a nice surprise. The next day we took a boat ride to see the meeting of the waters. A friend of mine lives in Manaus and she gave us a tour of some of the sites as well. We would like to return to see some of the things we missed.
We absolutely loved Aldeia dos Lagos. We could tell that everyone worked very hard to show us their community and to make sure that we had a good time. I was able to practice a lot of Portuguese, too! The lodging was very comfortable. The food was delicious. The desserts were particularly good. I think the dessert made from the mari-mari fruit was my favorite. We enjoyed all of the excursions and are sorry that we didn’t have more time to see other things. The visit to the cocoa plantation was very informative. We even bought some of the cocoa liqueur. We also found the visits to the various communities very interesting. We thought that Cid was a terrific guide. I am very impressed by the goals of the Aldeia community and I wish them the best of luck.
I don’t know if it is possible since distances are so great, but I think it would be wonderful to be able to do some of the Aldeia excursions in kayaks. Sometimes the noise from the boat’s motor would scare away the birds and monkeys. It is so beautiful in the area that the silence from a kayak would only enhance the experience. We are actually talking about returning to see what the area looks like during the dry season.
I tell everyone I meet that they have to go to Brazil. I know that I will return. Thanks for help making it possible.

Só chegamos hoje da viagem no Brasil…
Os nossos comentários são os seguintes:
Primeiro, desejamos agradecer a Viverde e sobretudo o Ricardo pelo apoio fantástico, ele nos deu muitos conselhos e toda a organização no Amazonas foi rápida e legal com ele. Obrigado Ricardo, mais uma vez.
Ariaú Towers: o hotel foi muito bom, nosso quarto era simples mas lindo, comida boa e variada, com musica ao vivo sempre ao almoço e jantar.
Passeios interessantes (nossa guia Ottnan foi ótima), Só que eles tentam propor passeios opcionais extra, não incluídos nos pacotes (e uma vez aí, a gente quer fazê-los..)
Também no aeroporto tudo foi legal, eles já estavam nos esperando às chegadas.
Manaus: Infelizmente o Ariaú não podia organizar um passeio em Manaus e encontro das águas, porque não tive outra gente interessada, e fizemos então isso com outra agencia local uma vez em Manaus.
Aconselharei vossa agencia a todos os amigos italianos quando eles quiser visitar o maravilhoso Amazonas!
